The children were very excited to see snow on our playground this past week.  I just wanted to remind everyone to send the appropriate winter wear with your child.  If they do not have boots, snow pants, hats and mittens they may not get to play outside in the snow.  It is also helpful if you label your child’s items so they do not get mixed up with someone else’s belongings.  I do have some gloves that have been left behind so if your child is missing any, please let me know.

I am looking for someone who would be willing to help me make more chaulkies (small floor tables).  If anyone would like to help build some for our class let me know and we can discuss the details.  The children enjoy being able to move the chaulkies around the room so they can work in different areas.

Friday, November 22 is Special Person’s Day.  If you haven’t designated a special person for your child, you still can. It is a great day to let your child guide a special person in their life through their class.  If your child is going home with their special person, please let me know.
